The feature was spotted in WhatsApp beta for Android and now it is available for beta users on iOS.

As per a brand new report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp model 2.21.60.11 brings in three totally different speeds of playback for voice notes on iOS. This is yet another beta program that the platform is working for iOS and Android users. The Instant Messaging app; WhatsApp is set to offer a beta program for iOS and Android beta users that will also let them access WhatsApp Web beta, suggests the report.
