As I said earlier, you sign up or create an account using a web browser or the Facebook app. But in this guide, I will be giving you the guides on signing up for an account on Facebook using both mobile app and website. Now, with that said, follow the guides below to create your own account;
Using your Computer;
- On your browser, go to https://web.facebook.com/
- On the Facebook Sign Up form that will be displayed, enter your name, phone number or email, password, date of birth, and gender.
- Then click on “Sign Up”.
Using the App;
- Open Facebook App and tap on creating a new Facebook account.
- Enter the name you go by in your everyday life and select next.
- Select your date of birth and then select next.
- Choose the gender for the account. Select next.
- Enter your phone number or email address.
- Create a password you’ll easily remember and tap on “Sign Up”.
You have successfully created an account, to commence the process, you need to confirm or verify the account using the code that will be sent to you.
If you use your email, your confirmation code will be sent to the email. And if you use your phone number, the code will be sent to your number.
